Stratford-upon-Avon, 31 March 2020 -- The Board of RCMA Group Pte Ltd (“Board”), together with the Board of Yelo Enterprises Ltd (“Yelo”), announces that Yelo CEO Kevin Ball will be stepping down from his position as CEO and director with immediate effect. His final day with Yelo will be 30 April 2020.
The Chairman of the Board of RCMA Group, Doug King, will take over as CEO and Chairman of Yelo with effect on and from 1 April 2020.
